Our Recruitment Steps

After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Within a maximum of 7 days, our recruitment team will send you an invitation for an initial discovery interview, depending on availability.

You will be invited to complete a case study related to the role. This is an opportunity to showcase your approach, methodology, and problem-solving skills, while demonstrating your expertise in relation to TEDIS’ global challenges
🗣️ Meet Your Future Manager
Meet your future manager to discuss your vision of the role, your ambitions and your responsibilities. This conversation helps ensure alignment between your aspirations and the opportunities TEDIS has to offer.
✅ Executive Review
Depending on the position, seniority level, or location, your application may be subject to final approval by TEDIS Senior Management.
This step ensures strategic alignment between your profile, the requirements of the role, and the group's global strategy
